Best Croissant in Paris

So I'm looking for croissants and this search is an effective way to pull up food blogs. First one being David Lebovitz who sends me to Le Figaro's article with a list of the highest rated croissanteries and also to Chez Pim's map of the best croissants in Paris. Chez Pim says "What I usually do when I find myself in a new apartment or hotel in Paris is scout the neighborhood (online and on foot) for a few nice looking places..."

Chez Pim led me to Contest results de la Chambre Professionnelle des Artisans Boulangers-Patissiers, in case you want to find the best almond cake, the best baguette, the best croissant, the best brioche, the best apple tart....

But the Chambre isn't the only one with lists of the best patisserie/boulangerie. Check these out!

  1. Great, good to see you doing such a nice job covering our trip. Croissants? they're probably all good. Should we focus on just one pastry group or try to cover them all...or assign one person to a specific type....Fernando, you're in charge of baguettes, but then we'd need a lot more tasters, wouldn't we?
